Random Cuteness

Now that I have all my Christmas presents and decorations put away, I have time to blog but no new pictures due to the illnesses.  Camden is down with bronchitis as well.  I hope to see this face from him again soon!
Ella loved playing with the advent pieces until we got the actual tree out and the table went in Camden's room for the month!
Erik finished a complete clown Light Brite over at Grandma Bowlsby's before he got sick!  Brian is asleep next to me as I type, y'all that know him are as shocked as I am!

Chirstmas Festivities

Okay, time to catch up on the backlog of pictures!  Erik got to help Daddy put up the Christmas lights this year!
Erik was nervous of the heights, 5 feet off the ground.  He persisted with Daddy helping.  Look how much these to look alike, so cute!
Erik's bulletin board at school with all the gingerbread boys and girls.
Here is Erik's!
Erik's teacher asked for frosting and candy for gingerbread houses!  Candy and frosting, she got!
I was managing the chaos of kids coming to fill their bowls to decorate their houses.
They came in groups and the rest sat quietly on the carpets...
Let the decorating begin.
Grandma Bonnie made it to the class party too.
His finished house.
Hanging out with Daddy after decorating the tree.
Daddy is so strong!
Camden's class also had a gingerbread house making party, here is Camden's.  (I was at the hospital with Erik this day.)
Saturday Camden and Ella sang in the kids' choir at church for Christmas.
Camden did really good with all the hand gestures.
Ella sang out nice and loud again, she is one of the stronger little singers.
The kids have been taking roller skating lessons on Saturdays and they had a Skating with Santa Party on Tuesday night.
The Santa was awesome with a real beard and he actually roller skated too!
It's always fun to have a friend who will get their picture taken with Santa!
It took Camden most of the night to get close enough to talk to Santa, let alone sit with him!
After Santa left, the Skating Coach brought all the students together for cupcakes and gave out pictures of the kids skating.

Christmas 2014

I got a new laptop for Christmas and it's finally Jamie user friendly thanks to Brian and John!  We started our Christmas celebrations over at the Bowlsbys on Christmas Eve.  Ella wanted matching hairstyles with her doll!
The family crowd
Mom, John, and Linda
Great Grandpa Ole and Barb
The 5/6 year old boy Cousins!
Camden helped by collecting garbage.
Ella opening her gift.
Camden snuggling with someone and loving on Linda!
Erik got new skates!
Then it was Christmas morning!
This was the first time I actually woke up before the kids!
They were ready to start...
Sarah liked her present, a new scratching post.
Erik got a Hot Wheels Lego set,
All the kids got a new keyboard,
Camden got the Police Lego set he asked for,
Brian also ordered him a Scratch computer programming book!
Ella got a lot of white horse stuff!
Erik was so excited to get his Pete the Cat book/CD sets.
I was excited for the coupon book Brian made me!
After we opened our gifts at home, we headed to Vancouver to celebrate with the Aldersons!
There is nothing that can compare to my Mom's holidays!
Even Brian looks forward to his holiday favs at my Mom's now!
We fed the kids some breakfast/lunch at 11am!
Camden started to spike a fever that morning, but we didn't figure it out until later...
Erik is still recovering, but he just made a bed out of pillows and camped out.
Ella got a horse tire swing that she LOVED!
Erik got 2 Hot Wheel motors!
A little brother wrestling...
and Camden got a ton of Minecraft books and figurines.
Erik sipping his coveted hot chocolate!
I forgot my parents' and sister's gifts in Gresham!  I drove back to get them and it was worth it, just look at my Mom's face with her new Red Hat hat!
My Dad loved his socks again this year too!  It was a great time.
